Adjust rack to top and preheat oven to 450°F. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, wash and dry produce. Once boiling, add @penne pasta{24%ounce} and cook until al dente, ~{10%minutes}. Drain.

While pasta cooks, heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%teaspoon} in a large pan over medium-high. Add @ground pork{40%ounce} and cook, breaking up, until browned, 4–6 minutes. Season with @Tuscan Heat Spice{2%tablespoon}, @salt{}, and @pepper{}.

Stir in @Marinara Cup{56%ounce} and half the @milk{1%unit} (all for 8 servings). Bring to a bubble, then remove from heat. Stir in @spinach{10%ounce} and @chili flakes{2%teaspoon}. Cover until wilted, then stir in half the @Mozzarella Cheese{1.5%cup}. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.

Transfer drained penne to a 9×13-inch #baking dish{}. Pour sauce over pasta and stir to combine.

Top with remaining mozzarella, @panko breadcrumbs{1%cup}, and a drizzle of @olive oil{2%teaspoon}. Bake until panko is crispy, ~{15%minutes}.

Divide and serve directly from baking dish, or family-style.
